How HopeBridge Works
Welcome to the HopeBridge platform. Here is everything you need to know about how to use our platform effectively.
As a donor, you can browse verified cases and choose to support them through financial donations or in-kind contributions. All cases on our platform have been vetted by registered organizations to ensure authenticity and need.
- Browse the "Cases" page to find individuals in need.
- Select a case and choose your preferred donation method (Money or In-Kind).
- Track your impact from your personalized Donor Dashboard.
If you or someone you know is in need of assistance, you can register as a Requester to submit a help request. Your request will be reviewed by our partner organizations.
- Register an account and select the "Requester" role.
- Click on "Apply for Help" and fill out the detailed form.
- Wait for an organization to review and approve your case before it becomes visible to donors.
Organizations play a crucial role in verifying requests. They review cases submitted by requesters, ensuring that the platform remains secure, trustworthy, and effective.
